All data is encrypted and protected
All data entered into Cheiron, including questions and uploaded files, is encrypted both in transit and at rest.
Encryption in transit: TLS 1.2 or higher
Encryption at rest: AES-256 or equivalent industry-standard algorithms
Customer data is not used for AI model training
Cheiron does not use customer data to train or improve foundation models (LLMs).
All inputs, outputs, and uploaded files are processed solely to provide Cheiron’s services and are securely isolated within each customer’s workspace.
Third-party infrastructure providers are also contractually prohibited from using customer data for model training or any secondary purposes.
Data is isolated at the organization level
Cheiron is designed with strict organizational isolation. Business and Enterprise customers operate within secure, dedicated environments, with all access controlled under the Principle of Least Privilege.
Customers retain full ownership of their data
Customers retain ownership and control over all data stored within the platform. You can manage your data, including viewing, updating, or requesting deletion, either directly or through your organization administrator or Cheiron support.
