Plan Overview
Cheiron offers five plans, scaled to usage and organization size.
Free: Try Cheiron's core research features with limited usage. Good for first-touch exploration.
Pro: For individual users who need more questions, broader source access, larger uploads, and full Workflow Agent capabilities.
Team: For teams that need a shared private workspace and Company Knowledge integration.
Business: For organization-wide deployment with access control, expanded Company Knowledge, and priority support.
Enterprise: For large-scale biopharma organizations that need dedicated deployment, advanced security controls, custom data integrations, and configurable governance.

How to upgrade
Every paid plan, including Pro, runs through a conversation with our team. The process is the same regardless of which tier you're considering:
Click the Plan button at the top right of the Cheiron interface.
You'll be redirected to the plan comparison page.
Review the available plans (Pro, Team, Business, Enterprise).
Click Contact Sales.
Submit your inquiry. A Cheiron representative will follow up to discuss your needs and walk through next steps.
For Team, Business, and Enterprise plans, the conversation typically covers seat counts, data integration scope, security and compliance requirements, and onboarding timeline. We'll coordinate with your procurement team where needed.
